Hi, I’m John Dorsey.

In fall 2022, I graduated from Olivet Nazarene University with a B.A. in Computer Science.

Python is my favorite language for personal projects and contract work. I’m also experienced with C, Rust, Bash, C#, Java, JavaScript, Visual Basic, and VBScript, and I’ve dabbled in Julia, Lua, Lisp, and Haskell.

Many of my interests revolve around data visualization, visual art and audio engineering. I’ve earned Associate’s certifications in Visual Communication, for both Photoshop and Premiere Pro. I am also proficient in After Effects, Illustrator, Unity3D, Cinema4D, Bryce7, and Gimp. My interest in electronic music composition has led me to become experienced with Linux Multimedia Studio, Adobe Audition, Audacity, Mulab, and Logic Pro.
